Danny Banister
President, CleanRoom Facility Specialists
Danny began his career with Texas Instruments in 1978 and worked his
way up from an equipment engineer, to Equipment Engineering Mgr, to
200MM Program Manager for several of TI's wafer fabs. Danny has over
twenty years of experience managing large engineering staffs,
day-to-day wafer fab production maintenance operations, and key
production start-ups and expansions of some of the most advanced TI
plants. Danny chose to take the early retirement option from TI in
2001, and spent the next several months on the start-up of Banister
Enterprises, Inc. d/b/a CleanRoom Facility Specialists.
At CleanRoom Facility Specialists, Danny leads a team of commercial cleaning and maintenance professionals
in providing the highest quality service in the industry. Because of
Danny's background with Texas Instruments in cleanrooms, we specialize
is this area for several high technology type business, such as,
doctors/dentists offices, surgical centers, kidney dialysis centers,
urgent care facilities, hospitals, and semiconductor/electronic
production facilities, in addition to the daily cleaning of banks,
credit unions, retail businesses, and other types of commercial
accounts. Danny is active in a number of professional organizations in
the industry including the ISSA. Danny treats every client with
respect and integrity, and provides individual focused support for
several of our clients.
Danny enjoys spending time with family and his two dogs, as well as playing golf and riding motorcycles in his spare time. Danny is also an active member of Cottonwood Creek Baptist Church in Allen.
Laura Lee Kelly
VP of Sales & Marketing, CleanRoom Facility Specialists
Laura began her career as a Program coordinator for the Muscular Dystrophy Association, combining her professional skills in public relations with her passion for community involvement. In 1996 she took a position with a loyal sponsor to MDA, installing corporate training rooms for corporate clientèle, becoming involved in facilities management.
For the last 11 years she has played a role in helping business customers present a polished image! Laura has received specialized training in OSHA regulations, team cleaning practices, cleanroom cleaning, marble floor maintenance and repair, and use of large commercial cleaning machinery to thoroughly understand best practices for cleaning specialized environments. Laura develops a detailed cleaning program for each client, participates hands-on in the beginning of servicing new clients so that the correct methods are utilized, and follows up regularly to ensure continued customer satisfaction.
Laura enjoys spending time with her children and two puppies, outdoor activities, and volunteering with Legal Aid of Northeast Texas. Laura is also an active member of Cottonwood Creek Baptist Church in Allen.
Sammie Dalton
Sales & Service Consultant, CleanRoom Facility Specialists
Sammie started her career in Electronics
industry several years ago. Progressing from the bookkeeping dept. to inside sales, outside sales, then to being an owner of a small electronic distributing company on the West Coast, then back to distribution. Sammie next moved into the role as a procurement specialist, responsible for millions of dollars in semiconductor component sales and inventory.
In 2004, Sammie's family obligations brought her back to Texas, where she began working with CleanRoom Facility Specialists as a receptionist and telemarketer. Over the past five years, Sammie has advanced to the position of Sales & Service Consultant, where she works with existing customers to ensure ongoing service quality and satisfaction and with prospective new customers to address their cleaning needs.
Sammie enjoys spending quality time with friends, family, and her two dogs. She is also an active member of Calvary Chapel Garland.
